VOS toll-free live technical support is available for all users from 8am to 8pm EST, Monday through Friday. This section will allow you to submit a question regarding your VOS account. Once a VOS representative answers your question, you will receive an email letting you know that a response to your questions is awaiting your review. You can then log in to the HelpDesk and review the answer. The VOS KnowledgeBase gives you access to questions and answers of issues that you and other users may be experiencing. You can search the KnowledgeBase for the answers you need or view all of the issues submitted by other users.
